Do you offer trade pricing for interior designers?

Yes. We offer trade pricing for interior designers, stagers, architects and retailers. Apply through our Trade & Wholesale page.

Can you supply matching pieces for hotels, rentals or multi-room projects?

Yes. We regularly make matching headboards, doors, rugs and lighting for boutique hotels, short-term rentals and multi-unit projects. Send us your quantities and timeline through the Trade & Wholesale page.

Custom orders and lead times

How long does a custom headboard take?

Headboards and beds are made to order and usually arrive 6 to 8 weeks after you order, including shipping. For a specific deadline, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the timeline.

How long does lighting take to arrive?

Lighting usually arrives 3 to 4 weeks after you order.

How long do doors and rugs take?

Doors and rugs are made to order. Contact us for the current production timeline before you order.

Can I order a custom size, colour or finish?

Often, yes. Every piece is made by hand, so sizes, finishes and design details can usually be adjusted. Tell us what you need before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.

Who makes your products?

Crafted Fashions is based in Calgary, Alberta. Our headboards, doors, rugs and lighting are handmade by skilled artisan partners in India using traditional carving, weaving and metalworking techniques.

Headboards

What bed sizes do your headboards fit?

Our carved headboards are made for Single, Queen, King and California King beds, and many designs can be made to custom widths.

Do your headboards attach to the bed or the wall?

Many of our designs are wall-mounted, so they work with any bed base or platform bed and can be centred on a feature wall. Product pages note the mounting type for each design.

Lighting

Are your lights wired for the US and Canada?

Yes. Every light is wired for the country it's shipping to: US and Canada, or UK and Europe.

What is raw brass, and will it change colour?

Raw brass is unlacquered, so it slowly develops a warm natural patina over time. Many designers choose it for that lived-in character. If you prefer a bright finish, it can be polished with a standard brass cleaner.

Where do you ship, and is shipping free?

We offer free shipping to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and the EU.

What is your return policy?

Because our pieces are made to order, all sales are final. If there is a problem with your item when it arrives, contact us at support@craftedfashions.com and we'll make it right.
