Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at support@craftedfashions.com and we will be happy to assist with an exchange or refund. Crafted Fashions reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer,
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
- You can return/exchange in 14 days after the date of delivery, But under the condition that Crafted Fashions customer service is intimated within 14 days of delivery of the goods to your address.
- Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, uninstalled, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.
- Crafted Fashions will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address if the pin code is out of pick up location using the same shipping services used for original order dispatched.
- Sale products are non-returnable. Exchange or Refund will not be made against a non-returnable item unless there is a defect or is different from its description.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- If the purchased item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refund Policy
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions:
- As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.
If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where Crafted Fashions Has mistakenly sent you a wrong item / color / size.

Terms & Conditions for Shipping:
Shipment Delivery Time: All orders would be delivered within 10-15 business days subject to international boarder clearance. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or gazetted holidays. And all shipments would be dispatched by any of express service providers as follow DHL Express, FedEx or UPS chosen by us.
If there’s any change in delivery time because of unprecedented reasons from our end, we will notify you regarding the same prior.

We shall not be liable in any manner if we are unable to fulfill any of our obligations through this website due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of God of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, Governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies / intervention / direction / prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond our control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Crafted Fashions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer purely (tariffs, taxes, etc).
Return Shipment:
Shipment cost for returning the order will not be entertained by Crafted Fashions, If the shipment cost for return order is incurred, the same amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
