Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Our furniture and lighting are handmade and most pieces are custom made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

We stand behind every piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@craftedfashions.com or +1 825 760 2807. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, the issue and the packaging.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you. If we need the item sent back, we will provide the return instructions and cover the shipping cost.

Before you order

Because each piece is made for you, please check sizes, finishes and colours carefully, and contact us with any questions before placing your order. We are happy to send extra photos or details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.
