Made to order
Most of our products are handmade and custom made to order, so production time varies by item and by any customizations you request. Please contact us for the current production timeline before you order.
Typical total delivery time
From the day you order to delivery at your door, most orders arrive within:
- Lighting: 3–4 weeks
- Headboards and bed frames: 6–8 weeks
Larger or customized pieces may take longer – we will confirm your timeline when you order.
Dispatch and delivery time
Once your piece is finished and has passed our final quality check, it is dispatched within 1–2 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays). Express delivery then usually takes 3–5 business days.
Where we ship
- Free express shipping to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and European Union countries.
- Other countries: we ship internationally too – please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Packaging
Every item is packed in a sturdy corrugated box with multiple layers of foam cushioning to protect it in transit.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you the tracking number and courier details. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Lighting for your country
Our lights are fitted with sockets and wiring for the country your order ships to (US/Canada or UK/Europe), using UL or CE certified components.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos – see our Return & Refund Policy.
